A1 Jap Parts not refunding

I bought a second hand part from A1 Jap Parts on the 25th April via broker 247 Spares,the part was the wrong one and they are refusing to accept product back or refund. I have now sent part back with covering letter asking for refund... which I doubt they will honour, what do I do next ? DO NOT USE them, they are rude and there are others out there that are not bandits.:mad:

Well if it was the wrong part, then it doesn't fit the description so they by law have to give you a refund. Tell them you are going to report them to trading standards if they don't refund you in full.

Did they give you the wrong part or did you purchase the wrong part (ie was it their fault or yours)?
