London Energy, what are they like?
Hi,
Just received Martins email that it is time to switch, and I have compared the results using energyhelpline.com and it says by using the above company I can expect to save £625!
But when I check on the EDF website it says £310, has anyone used this company, are they any good?
I am currently paying nearly £2000 a year for gas and electricity with British Gas and really need to switch.

you can't check on EDF website as LE online tariff is only available via comparision sites.
Gas switch was ok, still waiting for elec switch after 4.5 months !0 -
Been with them for 12 months now and not had a problem. They have also consistantly been the cheapest provider for me for gas and electric (dual fuel online) each time I have checked the comparison sites.0

What figures did you feed into energyhelpline? Your Direct Debit payments or your consumption in kWh?
£2000 a year is a huge bill - are you sure you are not paying off some accumulated debt?0 -
I currently pay £105.50 a month for gas and £50 per month for electricity.
There is no debt on the account.0 -
Been with London for a couple of years now. Never had a problem. Recieved a letter today informing us that their prices were going up by 4 1/2% which I don't think is too bad.
Does anyone know if its woth taking up the fixed price to prevent any price increase until 2008?0 -
Most of the comparison sites have a special London Energy tariff only available through them.0
