Smart Solar, very helpful indeed

I recently purchased a Solar powered frog fountain from Westfalia, was listed as easy to assemble,so I thought great. However when it arrived this morning I struggled. After my boyf had a go, then my bro - who cracked the frog so it now needs supergluing :mad: I decided to ring the manufacturer, who talked me through the process and agreed they are tricky to set up. He realised I was struggling so offered to send me out some flexible pipe to attach to pump and frogs bot. He was very helpful indeed,credit where credit's due!:j
