Claims financial

I would like to claim credit card charges, and possibly bank and catalogue charges and i have recieved some information from ClaimsFinancial. They operate on a no win no fee basis. I would like to know if anyone has ever used them and if so are they any good?

"Our fee is 25% plus VAT of the damages recovered. This is a total fee of 29.37%."

I would love to give almost 30% of all my claims to someone else. If 30% is a drop in the ocean then use them or if you can't be arsed. If you can then you will require 2 or 3 stamps per claim, £10 for a SAR however this is for each one.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
