Refund to a Old Morgan Stanley Credit Card

Hi,

I canceled my holiday with virgin and they say they will only refund to the original card which was a Morgan Stanley Buy and Fly which has been taken over by barclaycard.

Has anyone experianced this? Will the money get to my latest card? Barclaycard said it may or may not(helpful). Is there any chance it will just go to M&S as i notice there is no way to contact them now???

Any advice would be great!

I'd get back on to Barclayard as the response they have given you is unacceptable. I'd send them a complaint via secure message on Credit Card Internet Banking. They have took over so they are responsible and should be providing you with the information you require.
