I won my case against A&L with the FOS, the FOS threw the book at them basically, but they've done bog all about it.

I've just returned from Newcastle where I was in the branch TWICE in two days... A&L are such a joke!!!!!!!!Good luck with sorting this. I know how much of a nightmare they are.... I cant even move my account as they have put false information on my credit files which they are refusing to remove even though the FOS has ordered them to - so even if you do win with FOS dont hold your breath!!!!!!!!
