With all this talk of overdrafts etc - does anyone know if Natwest do a review on your overdraft , as i have never seen any info on my statements or on-line? Never had a problem with them , I do use for shorterm (ie, before salary or as a emergency) but also put back in credit within a few days.

Go into a branch and ask if yout limit can be increased, they should be able to give you an idea as to what the limit can be increased to.0 -
If they are willing to increase it it will tell you online. If it doesn't say it, chances are you will be declined or are close to the limit that they will give you. To see what it says you have to apply for the o/d, fill in your personal details, confirm them as correct and then it should say it just above the box asking you how much you would like your o/d to be.0

Hi there,
Just pop into your local branch and ask for your overdraft to be reviewed, Natwest advisers have their own assessment screens which will give you an idea as to whether it can be increased and an idea of what the bank feels you can comfortably afford to maintain.
If you aren't eligible for an increase they should give you an idea as to why, the credit decisions change monthly so being declined one month doesn't necessarily mean it will happen again this month. When you get to the end of your tether, tie a knot and hang on.0 -
They love their reviews at Natwest. Always badgering me for one. I politely asked them to stop asking but they said it flashed on their screen so they had to ask me every time I went into branch.Got Halifax Classic to reduce my interest rate by 5% woohoo - 10/06/08 Thanks MSE!
Another 3% shaved off 10/12/08
ANOTHER 4 % June 09:beer:0
