£8.50 in the co op on sandwich bits and lunchbox stuff for the weekNovember NSD's - 70

I have my lunch, so that's sorted. But I'm off out tonight (to a roller disco, ha ha!) for a friend's birthday, so that's £11.50 to get in and then some drinks too. All budgeted for, so it's ok.
I'm well under budget for food and entertainment this month (payday on the 24th) so fingers crossed it can stay that way...0 -

I have no idea what to expect really, but it should be a laugh. I haven't been on skates since I was 9 so it'll be interesting if nothing else...
I so loved the roller disco, I went regularly as a tweenager. That's the sort of exercise I'd gladly do if there was still one near here
I have more built-in padding these days...
Nabowla - I really felt for you, reading your post - and the costs building up and up. Well done for still keeping it as little as possible.
It's the Gold Cup today so travel is restricted as the racecourse is between me and town. I'm really tempted not to go out at all, though I've just been trying to plan tea and nearly everything is one component short! But I think I can probably cobble something together to go with storecupboard pasta.

I was having a no spend day, but the just realised that I am meeting an old work friend for a dinner we have postponed regularly for 4 months, so have to go!!
Will try and keep those costs down though. Am doing quite well when it comes to spending at the mo, even though it was mine and the OH's birthday at the weekend, and we went away to the Lakes.
Must try harder!0 -
I've had a good day so far as I passed my driving theory test at lunchtime :j
I bought a jacket potato, flapjack and can of coke for lunch. I needed a hearty lunch today cos I am giving blood after work and need to make sure that my blood sugar is well topped up. They wrote to me on Saturday saying they are desparate for O+ blood at the moment so I can't really ignore a plea when they say the hospital is going to run out of blood! So only other money is bus fair to and from the donor centre later.Debt on 31/01/2006 = £6345.14
