DLR Computers.

Another friend, another situation.
Wendy bought a desktop PC, from DLR ,via Ebay, in January, this year.
Payment method, card.
The PC developed a fault, in February. She notified DLR.
Due to postcode being assigned to another company, it was not possible to return PC , untill March.
Wendy is still waiting for return of PC.
Dave Ritchie, from DLR, said it would be returned 29th April. It wasn't.
The customer care side of DLR is horrendous.
Dave Ritchie gives excuse after excuse, and seems to not value his customers what so ever.
Not being a card owner, nor have i had many problems, if any, on Ebay, what avenues does Wendy, or should she be investigating?
This was infact her first ever purchase online, as it were.
Any advice gratefully received.
