How to check Broadband usage

I'd like to check how much I download in a month as I would like to look at cheaper BB options.
I have seen much older threads on software you can download which keeps track of pc usage, but I'd like to include the other laptops/xbox 360s which also use the router.
Is there something I can download, or a way to check the router? - it's an old model:o speedtouch510, and I don't see anthing in the readme file which might do this.
I am with aol so if anyone knows if they have something to keep track of usage then that would be great, thanks.
TIA
MrsB.

This does not do what the OP wants and it installs software on your PC which performs passive monitoring of your connection and feeds back statistics about your connection and usage. This isposure automated testing software does active testing making use of your bandwidth and does not get removed when you uninstall tbbMeter. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

NetMeter is good.
Again this isn't doing what the OP asked for. NetMeter isn't good as it's not particularly accurate.
If this is something the OP wanted to go for then they'd need to install it on each PC. Even then it's not going to include the xbox.
If you were going to go for a program like this then I'd suggest the following:

Decent reviews too.
For anyone that's interested in this app have a read of this too:

Quite an interesting read.0
