3 network hidden costs

I took out a contract with 3 network a few months ago. Foolishly I haven't been checking my bills thoroughly. I recently did and found that a £1 video pack had been added to my monthly bill when I changed my handset. 3 never made me aware of this and have refused to refund it as they say I was informed. This sort of stealthy addition seems more commonplace nowadays and friend have experienced similar things.

Does anyone know what my rights are and how I can force them to refund my money? It's not much but there is a princple here.

Thanks

Doubt they'll refund you anything, Its your responsibilty to check the bills every month, Not 3.

When you say added to your bill, do you mean in addition to anything in the T&Cs? How did they inform you and what paperwork have you got?

Instead of charging you for the different phones, they charge you a set price per month and say you get x amount of video minutes to use.

It's not likely you'll get it refunded as they'll just refer you back to your bills.
