    Have you received the phone call or cheque?
    What exactly did they want to call about (since they ask your postal details via email)?

    Im just wondering because they said I won too, I emailed them my information and they said they will call me about it, but I haven't heard anything yet (i've checked my answer phone and done 1471 to make sure I didn't miss the call)

    Yes I got my cheque no problems.

    As with you he (Gaurav Kumar) told me he would call back to get my details and after I hadn't heard from him for a couple of days I gave him a ring and he just said it was fine as I'd given him my address in an email. After that he was very communicative and kept me informed when he was posting the cheque, why there was a delay etc.

    I wouldn't worry, you can always give him a phone as I did if it's been a few days.
