There has been a transaction on my credit card for £48. What appears on my statement is as follows:

Has anyone got any idea what this is?

I have NEVER played there before, or any other website similar to it!

Any advice on what to do? I cannot seem to find a contact number for them!

Phone your credit card company immediately to report a fraudulent transaction and to cancel your card.

I'm not saying 100% that it is them mind. You could trying using the "Contact Us" page to send them an email and see if its the right website and if they can help.

Have you rang the CC company and asked for more information on the transaction ?

I have called HSBC and they are sending me a form to begin an investigation.

I sell womens clothing at various venues from cafes,bars and universities.I also do festivals, my trading name is mango bingo and I am based in Manchester and my postcode begins M14.I think you must have purchased something from me.I know its a silly name but I had it before online bingo exsisted
