Hi, probably a silly question,
I am sending out the first letter to Natwest to try and reclaim some exstortianate charges however Im a little confused as to where to send the letter.
Do I simply send it to the actually Branch I have the account with OR is there a specific address I need to send it to.
Sorry to come across stupid
