where are people getting the extra coupons from for mini mode clothes. i know there is one in the boots mag for 20%.
its just it would help. just had a baby and would like to buy baby clothes. thankx

    Hi,

I got one from the Boots mag, one from the Boots Baby and You mag, and one was kindly sent to me from someone here, they got it from the Mini Mode catalogue (I've never seen these in any of the Boots round my way).
I used all 3 today, on sale mini mode. Original price of all my items £48.00, sale prices without using the coupons £27.00, used H&B mag voucher, then blue mini mode catalogue voucher, then Baby and You mag voucher. Total to pay £10.44 :T, and a hairy.

Brilliant - I now have 2 lovely outfits for my niece's birthday and Christmas pressies, and they only cost me £5 each.

Thnkas again to all the ladies who helped with the minimode yesterday. (And especially to the :A who sent me the voucher!)

I managed to get a wee navy cardi £12 reduced to £6, jeans full price at £8 and shorts and tshirt outfit full price at £8. Total before vouchers was £22. Total after vouchers = £9.84. Can't seem to work out exactly what the till did but no matters...i'm well chuffed:j

used 4 of the expert hair loss vouchers today but be careful - wipes were NOT on BOGOF in my store- got it checked twice. some expert stuff is one third off but the 2 for £4 offer is not on in my store either!.

I had the wipes checked as well and they were not on BOGOF although some of the rest of the range were reduced but had clearance sels

tried to use the ruby and millie voucher on 3 reduced items, and till and SA would not accept it.

Lots of shampoo on offer, including head and shoulders, charles worthington etc bought 2 bottles £1.12 each so paid 24p with a hairy.

I was hoping to find the half price sanctuary gift set, but none available, they did have a couple of wash bags in the clearance for £2?? which I had never seen before.
  • b'ham boots high street had reduced ipod camera connectors for 29p. :) near the food section

Sucessfully got the 17 GWP with a clearance eyeshadow @ £1 & a full price nail polish.

Large brag books @ £2.** & magnetic frames @ 99p on clearance at Albion St (200 ACM pointer works on these).

Lots of reduced SELs on womens skincare items (but still v expensive) at Merrion Centre. Used £2 off No.7 ACM on reduced eyeshadow palette so 30p to pay. More left on clearance stand here.

Noticed all the POS for Sanctuary GWP is reversed in Albion St...obviously don't want customers to know about that deal! Have also noticed this reversed POS/SEL trick being deployed in other stores...maybe Mr.B's not wanting us to grab the bargains?? Doesn't he realise a reversed SEL is just asking to be turned over & read:rotfl::rotfl:

Hi all, hubby told me today he wants a pair of prescription sunglasses. I think he actually wants a regular prescriptionpair that you can attach some kind of sunglass shade to. But I have a voucher that expires tomorrow for 50% off prescription sunglasses at Boots (this was the till spit from a couple of weeks ago).

So, does anyone know how much we can expect to pay for rx sunglasses at Boots? I looked online, and it was confusing. The prices were about 58 quid, but it didn't as about your rx anywhere, so maybe the prescription lenses were extra? Also, was thinking if we did it on the deal where you get a pair free if you spend over 75, we could get the RX glasses and use the voucher and then a plain pair for free?

Any ideas? Or anyone know of a cheaper place to shop?

I've got a 20% off coupon from one of the magazines if you or anyone else wants it - my 'baby' is 20 now! PM me with your address if it's of any use and I will post it to you. It's valid until 30th June.
