Just received an e-mail from CS with regards to the photo centre moo from last week and her refusal to use my voucher and embaressing me in front of the other shoppers in the queue, it was very nice and included an apology and 500 ACM points for my disappointment in the store.

Also asked for the details of the store and SA so it's a good thing I kept the receipt as I can give them the right date and time for when it happened.

I still hate having to complain but she took the !!!! showing me up in the queue! But to conteract it I do have a compliment e-mail to send them with regards to their newest SA, she's young but so professional - not at all like many younger SA's in other stores.

Went to a small Boots today after hospital visit.

On top of the shelf saw some bottles of Davidoff Game EDT for women with a clearance sticker on @ £9.50. Thought it would be a good buy using £5 voucher = £4.50.

She scanned the 1st bottle and it went through the till at £6.33 and SA tried my voucher and that went through leaving £1.33 to pay. She apologised and said she had made a mistake and would let me have it at that price.

SA asked if she could scan the bottle again to see if she had made a mistake and again it went through at same price. There were 4 bottles on the top of the shelf. In Rubes purse were 4 x £5 off vouchers. :rotfl:

So I got 4 bottles of EDT @ £1.33 each.

Woop woop well pleased.

I went to Serpentine Green Peterborough this afternoon and got my 3 Ted Baker for £7.34. Really happy with this purchase. Both sons have birthdays soon so super little extras.

The only other things I saw were Panetene shampoo with reduced SEL.

Alot of Ted Baker left at Serpentine Green.

Thanks Rubylou88 for the Ted Baker info i managed to grab 3 today at Manchester Arndale store which is super rare as some of the stuff that has been reduced nationwide is rarely ever found reduced in this store :rolleyes: They are however showing as £14.XX on SEL but do scan at £7.xx for three.

hi i went to sign up to prescription service today using the coupon.... sa scanned the registration form but the coupon wouldnt scan??? so points were added manually... however when looked at my reciept there was 500pts automatically added when form was scanned so i ended up with 1000 points added, hope that helps someone x

Have you got a link to a pic of this? And which size? I got a price check on two sizes of Davidoff Game clear water for women, and it was the price on the sticker (12.xx and 17.xx), not 6.33. I told the SA a friend found further reduced elsewhere, and he and another SA acted like that's impossible! As if Boots isn't well known for selling the same stock at different prices in different stores when they do clearance!

Gateshead metro centre boots has loads of these either blue or green. I got 3 and they went through without a problem. :jThe SA was a little confused by the cheap price, so I just muttered about them being 3 for 2 grabbed the bag and left sharpish!! (don;t know why I hadn't done anything wrong!) Nothing else to mention. Clearance was rubbish and there were no reduced photoframes which I was hoping for.
They did have a few assorted baby feeding things reduced upstairs but nothing exciting. Also all the reduced minimode is for girls and I have a baby boy!

If I could think of someone else to give the Ted Baker sets to I would go back for 3 more as they are a cracking glitch.

I got Davidoff Game Cool Water 30ml.

They had a clearance sticker of £9.50 on them but when SA scanned they came up at £6.33 Not complaining though and then used voucher.
