Afternoon all:hello:Well went bootsing today for the first time in what seems ages!! Managed to find a grazia magazine, so, armed with free voucher headed off. Shelf was empty of scrubs and just about everything else, so I asked the sa at the photo bit who said delivery would be in in a few days and I couldn't have anything instead of it. Picked up mandelular body scrub and headed downstairs as well as an apple method shampoo (Thanks to who posted this), and then found some cotton wool pads reduced to 31p, left a lot! and 3 child bands with a pen that you write childs details on for 50p and baby petroleum jelly for 18p and ted baker face serum x3 at 50p each. Downstairs sa didn't bat an eyelid with sanctuary voucher, and no beeps, method voucher didn't beep and she put 500 pointer for pharmacy through but she had to type in something when it beeped, so spent £3.02 and received 544 points and it felt good!!! Roll on the sunshine!! xx Oh and received a £5 off perfume till spit

Anyway, I didn't do too badly today so I cannot complain:DI found some mini desktop photo calendars reduced to 25p and used 200points ACM voucher:j

The moo's at the photo counter refused to even try scanning my voucher with these, stating that the voucher was only for the albums "Over there".

Well done to everyone on their sanctuary bargains!!

I'm going to manchester tomorrow to try and grab something, was really annoyed when neither bury store had any scrub in stock

Does anyone know if any of the other smaller manchester boots, other than the boots on market street, sell anything from the sanctuary range? TIA

Would like a backup plan just in case the ss tills plan fails :)

dont all shoot me down for suggesting shopping somewhere other than boots!!! lol

but i find that shampoo is often cheapest from supermarkets or wilkinsons, brands like sunsilk and garnier are often less than a pound

unless you get them on clearance, boots rarely have such good offers

I would agree with that, and once my HE, model me, and Method kids shampoo is all gone, I may just have to shop elsewhere lol!
  • I went on a hunt for the sanctuary body scrub yesterday, no joy.

I found some baby and you magazines and promptly relieved them of 5 or 6, putting them in a re-usable bag that I got from my pocket.. I then got a few other bits and paid; as I was walking out the security guard asked to look in my bag, the look of surprise when he picked up one magazine and it said "free" was so joyful I forgot to be angry at being stopped; I then helpfully pointed out that they are all free and he'd seen me pay for everything else and he let me go.

I tried to use the method vouchers on the kids reduced stuff later on but the till bleeped, do you think they've wised up to this and restricted it to method baby only? Should I try another store or just leave it?

On the plus side I got a reduced shapers pasta for 75p and some little packets of fruit for 20p each.

I've had a thought (I don't even know if I want the No7 GWP, but this is what I'm thinking) -

I don't have my No7 highlighter voucher anymore, but I do have the half price line lift and Sanctuary mag voucher to spend -

Something Sanctuary around £4 or less (no idea what I can get for this, but I'll have a look)
    line lift £13.50
    No7 something £3.25 or more
    No7 something under £3.25
No7 GWP (as I'll have scanned through £20 worth of No7)
    total £20.75 (No7 is on 342)

use half price line lift £6.75 off, plus Sanctuary mag voucher £8.95 off

    final total £5.05.

Would this work do we think?

I could be really cheeky and try a Sanctuary scrub sachet at around £1.60, and that could hypothetically give me another £2.40ish off the final total, couldn't it?
