Cheap and cheerful in Coventry: Tollgate

We went as a family to the Tollgate Pub, Holyhead Road, Coventry on Sunday. They serve a carvery for £6.50 per head and despite my misgivings (the pub decor has not been updated for a no. of years) the food was very nice indeed. Meat was cooked just right as were the veg. Good value for money. No need to book.
