Item not received-refunded by paypal-seller opened dispute on ebay

I bought an item and paid for it on 30/1/2006. As i havent received the item, i filed a claim with paypal who refunded the payment.

Next day, the seller made a dispute with ebay, ebay send me a strike because i didnt paid (!) the item  I sent an email to them, together with paypal proof of payment and waiting for their reply. What happens now??

In the dispute console eligible and granted are ticked but pending is not.

The seller will have had to have filed with e-Bay to claim their fees back, but you shouldn't have got a strike as you did originally pay and were refunded.

Did you get an email from ebay about the dispute and what did it say?

You would've had to reply to the dispute before you get a strike.

It is a loophole in the system that once a buyer received a paypal refund the seller can then go through the nPB process on that buyer.

You should have received notification of the dispute though, check in your ebay messages.
