Talk Talk's confused again!

I'm waiting for broadband from Talk Talk. I checked on line, and my order appeared to have been cancelled by me (must have done so in my sleep). When I called to check, I was given two contraddictory messages, depending on the department I spoke with:
1. There is something 'wrong' with the BT line (I checked with BT and the line's just fine;
2. The order is still running as usual, but they couldn't explain why it came up as cancelled online.
In both cases, they kept quiet until I actually contacted them.
Todate, they're still arguing their cases amongst themselves, which would be funny to watch, if I wasn't in need of broadband.
