USwitch Swindling us Again

I applied for a comparison for Gas and Electricity based on Martin's suggestion (12 bottles of wine worth £40). I went with EON and the transfer was smooth. 6 months later I was still awaiting the wine.
I chased it up with EON who said it was switched by the Uswitch site.
I chased it up with USwitch who initially had no record of me using them then eventually changed their mind but said I switched using their website "Direct" not using Martin's link.
I do recall Martin's link crashed my IE and assumed it was just a straightforward hyperlink to Uswitch so thought going direct would reap the same reward. Apparently not. Going direct you get sweet FA.
Wont be using USwitch again!
Martin, might be worth making your 'special' links clearer i.e. "YOU MUST LOG IN VIA THIS LINK"

What, like he does here..By specifically clicking via the special MoneySavingExpert.com links below to get to the comparison sites rather than going to them direct, if they can switch you, you also get paid cashback or freebies on top (for why & full info read the top comparison sites section).

I thought it was common knowledge that in order to get cashback you must follow links provided and not go directMissing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0
