    I did 50 minutes running on the treadmill (no breaks or walking :T)
    then had to stop to go pick up Jess from school.
    Then went straight to a brilliant place called St Leonards Farm park where they ran riot in the play barn!

    Hubby says we should get them into bed early so we can have some 'lower cuddling'

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

    Thanks Scardy, nothing will tempt him out though, chicken/pork/cat nip nothing he wont budge :o I think we will have to get an appointment at the vet tommorow and I will have to catch him. Because this is far from normal and I hate seeing him like this.

    And now all I want to do is have some choc :mad:
