    this gives a good letter, but its also a good idea to tell them that the money you have is a 'one-off' opportunity ( left to you? gift from a relative?)

    Make your offers LOW 30% or thereabouts, you can always negotiate up.

    Lay it on with a trowel, its not unheard of for offers of 10% to be accepted. Offer each one individually, dont mention other creditors!
