Just want to give a little praise to Amazon. I signed up for the trial of Amazon Prime and, although it was not going to benefit me, forgot to cancel before the end of the trial period. Checking my bank A/C this morning I found the Prime subscription!! I went straight to the Amazon site where I was able to cancel prime membership immediately with a full refund, not having used it since the sub. was paid. Thank-you Amazon for making it so easy.

I signed up for prime, got free postage, cancelled the same day, can't understand why anyone stays in a trial they don't want/need
It also gives you the full trial even if you cancel on day one. 0 -
I recently defected from Amazon to Borders online for the 20% discount code. Wish I hadn't: slow or non-existent delivery, and no response to two of my three chase-up e-mails. Amazon customer service by e-mail I don't find so great as they don't always read the queries properly. But by phone it's ace, you often get vouchers to say sorry.
Edited to add: I am not a serial complainer, but I did spend £600 in 2008 with Amazon so bound to have a few mishaps!Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
its amazing how amazon have maintained their great service despite becoming a mammoth business online - they were really great years ago and things havent changed much since0
