can i have a pre payment meter installed?

i would like to have a prepayment meter on the electricity and gas in my house- is this possible and how can i do it? im with npower at the moment but looking to switch-any help would be appreciated! thanks

    Just ring them up. Prepayment means that a supplier gets their money in advance, and therefore they should have no problems completing an exchange for you.

    Just remember: prepayment is a little more expensive (which is partly because there is a cost to cover the card, and to the places which allow you to 'top up' there)

    Important: Prepayment meters are Generally excluded from any capped or fixed tariff offers.
    It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

    Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.
