Did a TNS coffee job today. Had to order a coffee and a wafer biscuit. Went with a friend who sat opposite me eating a mouth watering Almond Croissant and there was me nibbling on this vile thing that tasted like corrugated cardboard - no, actually, the cardboard would have been tastier.

Haven't eaten mine yet - can't wait. I always get extra stuff there, tho, to make it up to the £7, so got a cake as well.

I'm doing an RE casino job tomorrow with a friend. Does anyone who's done them know whether you both have to join or can it just be me?

    TIA

The one I did, it could just be one person, as it wasn't a membership only casino.
However, we both joined as you got £10 of free chips when you joined (well worth taking ID for)
    Now proud Mumto3 :j

Has anyone done a TERN optical visit? How long did it take? I am put off now as I was really hoping that I would get my 2nd pair to keep.

I did one at the weekend. The trouble was that they can't make them on the spot so I had to go back on Tues to collect, which was a pain as the shop was 14 miles away. Still, I did get extra for it, so can't complain too much, but just didn't realise that til I got there. Might be worth enquiring at the store if they do them in an hour first - esp if it's a distance away.

You do get a prepaid envelope to send them back in, but it does also say you are not allowed to keep the glasses. The visits themselves don't take too long though. The first one about 20 mins and the 2nd about 5, if that helps.
  • Nooo, I messed up the certificate test for Gap Pizzas :( Now I can’t see any of them! It’s my own fault…I tried to do it too quickly before going out, as was worried the assignment might go, and only got 96 instead of 100.

Can anyone tell me whether I will be able to do the test again in a few months, or is that no more pizzas for me forever? I love those! It's the only time me and OH get to go out for a meal :( I messed up the stamp question 6 months ago and haven't seen them since, will pizzas go the same way?

Sorry, to be the bearer of bad news but I messed up the burger jobs over a year ago and have never been allowed to see the jobs again! I have asked at several monthly intervals can I do the test again and the answer is always no!

    Hi

This happened to me with the burgers, apparently its the client who wont allow it.

However, it also happened for the sandwiches under ground too - and they reset it and let me do it again. So, its worth asking.

I'm the same, I can see the competitor ones, but no burgers, chicken or pizza jobs because about this time last year I told them I was on a diet and didn't want to be tempted.

I've just emailed them and asked if I can be put back on the programs - not sure if it's possible or not - we wait and see!!

Wow how's that for great service from Gap! Got an email reply 30 minutes ago and I can now see the burger, chicken and pizza jobs :T:T:T

    Hi

    Can someone please help me?

I have done a petrol job for Abai and I can't work out what I need to do with my receipt. I have read the paperwork over and over but can't see whether I have to send it off or email it somewhere. BUT I'm sure I saw something saying I needed to send it to them

    Can anyone help??
