Does anybody know if there's an easy way to find out which AM is the right one for a given area? Alternatively, can somebody tell me if Jane is the right person for Sussex? I know she's London...

EDIT: Oops, forgot to name the company... I'm talking about TNS here, but I'm sure most of you can work that out from what I've written anyway.

Does anyone know how flexible gap are with changing the dates on burger jobs.

Its one to be done at the weekend at tea time. I had planned to do it Saturday, but a better job came up and I didnt have time to do it today.

There are no dates available to reschedule online so i have emailed them.

It will tell you who the AM is for a specific job and their phone no. after you login to enter the report.

Thanks, but it's a released job for which the date has already passed - I want to email the AM to see if I can arrange to cover the job for them.

I've never tried this, but knowing what they're like on other things I wouldn't imagine they're too flexible tbh...

Oh ok, well if you just apply for the job, put any date. You may get a pop up saying date not matched with the AM nane.

It depends whether it fits within their scheduled dates or not. I have had them change bookies dates for me once or twice without any problems, but on another occasion it was not OK.

I presume you told the MS company all this? And they still aren't happy with you? :-(

The MS company is aware I was in hospital for a minor operation that went wrong but I did not tell them that the reason for the operation occured whilst working for them; It would have happened anyway! I just told them I had to abanadon the job because it was too much for me.

I am very happy with the MS company and they are very happy with me - they keep asking when I will be fit to return to work. It has been 4 weeks since the operation and I have another two weeks 'on sick'.

I am actually financially better off 'on sick' than working because I qualify for both Working Tax Credit and Incapacity Benefit!
