"Annoyances"? As said earlier, no one makes you come to this thread and read the posts, maybe what you say annoys everyone else !?!

This is a MS chat thread and it is presumed that it is OK that we chat about all stuff regarding MS. If it makes the minority happy, us "annoyances" wont bother posting anymore about our missing payments and other MS problems

Au contraire, Timmne is one of the most - if not THE most - helpful person on this thread especially re: tax matters. I'd certainly hate for him not to be around!

Damn...got a proof-reading query on my underground sandwich job for RE-

"As a customer, did you find the environment comfortable and inviting? Please provide further detail relating to the atmosphere of the location, which was created by the Team Member."

I've got no idea what to write for this, its a little takeaway sandwich shop with one person working at the counter and two tables, what kind of atmosphere do they expect in there?

Can anyone help me out with some good things to say??

I'd say it was clean, tidy, well laid out, well lit, friendly member of staff who smiled and made good eye contact and made pleasantires, lah-di-dah-di-dah.

Drives you bonkers this malerky sometimes doesnt it!! :rotfl:

Thanks TG, I wish I could 'big the place up' but it really was just basic in every way - as expected from this kind of place.

    Thanks for your help :)

anyone found the re form for underground sandwiches has not been updated. I've submitted images as per the form and not as the brief for one.

Have a look in tomorrow's post - when you send multiple letters at the same time, they might not all come in the same post bag

They have all been sent out for May, with the last in the wave being sent yesterday

i was hoping for an additional screen to upload. Done 2 today, one one way and one the old way. The form still mentions dining in and buying the sandwich de jour
