Accommodation and theme park tickets never arrived

I purchased hotel accommodation and tickets for DisneyLand Paris last year via the internet. After several emails went back and forwards regarding the accommodation etc there was suddenly no more contact and I couldn't get in touch on the phone and their website went down. I had paid for the goods (over £300) with my debit card which took me in to overdraft. I then had to pay for accommodation and theme park tickets myself again.
Is there any way I can make a claim against them since I was in overdraft and is there a time limit? I can't find them listed anywhere now although I presume they must have been listed at Companies House. The company was called Xcite-Travel.
Any advice will be greatfully received.

How exactly did you pay?0

I'm afraid you've been scammed, and I think the owner of this company is now behind bars if I remember correctly. There were many people posting on here also stating they'd lost money.
Very long, but read this thread:

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

I paid with Paypal which then takes the payment direct from my bank via my Debit Card details which are registered with Paypal. I tried making a dispute via Paypal but was out of time as I was waiting for confirmation of train times etc. Ebay had in the meantime withdrawn all listings by Xcite Travel.0

So, even while all that was hanging over his head, he started selling his fake hols on ebay again!
Unfortunately, OP, it looks like there was no holiday for you to buy, and I can't imagine you're going to get anything back from Mr Hudson. Have you tried approaching your bank?0
