Why won't MoneySupermarket let me book travel insurance to Europe?

I just tried to book single trip travel insurance to Europe for two adults (couple) inc baggage and cancellation cover, but it offered no results. So I tried to book for each of us individually, but won't let me do that either. It states: "There are currently no policies that match your criteria. We are currently updating our records to include more types of policy."
Has anyone else had this problem? It normally works fine.

Did it ask you to confirm whether you are a UK / EU resident, if you answer this incorrectly most companies will not quote0

I tried to think of what might be different to when I used MoneySupermarket last time and all I could think of was that I've recently started using Firefox. I changed over to Explorer, (temporarily) tried again and it worked!
It was only £9.25 for quite a posh policy, for two of us, for a five day trip - thanks to Martin once again!

I've not had any problems with Firefox, its much much better than Explorer and quicker0
