PSI Tuning Stoke

I need to vent and warn with this one. I have an Audi A6 which I have always had serviced at PSI Tuning in Stoke. They were recommended to me and previously I had always been happy with their work. I in turn have recommended them to many people.
Today I took my car in to get the brakes repaired. When I picked it up, the traction control warning light was on. I reported this instantly and was told that the light was on when I took the car in. I ALWAYS get these things fixed as soon as they appear so I KNOW that the light was not on when I dropped the car. Someone has trashed something and now they are trying to blame it on me. I'm seriously annoyed off about it. I'll be having a word with trading standards tomorrow to see what my rights are and I will post in the consumer rights section here too.
I've got to contact them again tomorrow to see which way they will go with this. I'll report the results back here tomorrow.
Vent over - take this as a warning - thanks for listening.

Luckily, the problem seems to have cleared itself up. What is annoying is that the garage were still shirking responsibility. They are sticking to the story that when they started the car, the fault was already present. So they expect me to believe that between me getting out of the car and their mechanic getting into the car that this fault somehow happened. I checked with the Audi dealer where I bought the car and they say the garage are the prime suspects. My traction control was broken. This is driven by the ABS sensors and the garage had obviously been around those sensors when changing the brakes and disks. But they still refuse to accept that they caused the problem. I guess their version is possible but in my opinion highly unlikely.0
