Hi, not sure what next to do can anyone help me? I am attempting to claim back charges from HFC on a loan I took out with Currys in 1999, with no luck so I reported it to the FOS, they have now written to me saying that it is not one that they can deal with because it was before they began to deal with complaints about loans of this nature on 6 April 2007. What can I do now? Please help.
