sky card !!!!!

how fair is this i phoned sky last month and paid what I thought was the balance. i have had a couple of calls from them today saying I now owed £16.17 because i was £1.31 short in paying the balance off last time. surley this cant be classed as a fair late payment. I know its the recomended £12 + interest but im sure i payed what the automated phone line told me to pay but it failed to mention the interest that was about to be added!!!! :mad:

You normally have to clear a balance two months running to clear an account due to the residual interest.
