- Open to all residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland, except employees and their immediate families of the Natural Hydration Council, including Council members Danone Waters (UK & Ireland) Ltd, Nestl! Waters UK Ltd and Highland Spring Ltd, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Entrants under 16 require parental / guardian's permission to take part and to be awarded prize.
- To enter entrants must visit www.yououghttodrinkmorewater.com and follow the link to the Win a Year’s Supply of Bottled Water. Entrants must register their details to be entered into the prize draw. Only one entry per person.
- The final closing date to enter is midnight on 31 July 2009.
- No purchase is necessary.
- There is one prize available. This consists of one year's supply of bottled water. Prize will be provided in vouchers, equivalent to the recommended consumption of 1.2 litres of fluid per day.
- One winner will be drawn from all unique entries after the closing date.
- The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all unique entries received by midnight on 31 July 2009.
- The winner will be notified by the email address used to enter the promotion within ten days of the draw date. If the winner does not respond to the email notifying them that they are a winner within four weeks of the initial email, this will result in their prize being forfeited and re-awarded in which case the new prize winner will be contacted as soon as possible after the redraw. A redraw will take place under the same terms and conditions as the original draw.
- No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry does not constitute proof of delivery.
- Prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide similar alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
- The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner may be required to take part in publicity as specified by the Promoter.
- By entering the promotion participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
- The prize can not be sold for financial gain

- The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion without notice at its discretion if necessary.
- To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in or use of the prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions. Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
