Problem with new Dell monitor

Hiya

I know this is probably really simple to fix but I really cant figure it out.....

I bought a new Dell last week and after a couple of days the screen has gone funny (toddler banging mouse & keyboard) and I cant see about an inch of the page down the left hand side. As im looking on here I cant see the first Ella in my name or the back button if that makes sense!

Its a 18.5 inch widescreen screen if that helps!

Put the mouse pointer onto the blue bar right at the top of the browser window, hold down the left button and drag the window back to where you want it.

I tried that but it doesnt work, I think its more to do with my computer than the page im veiwing as I cant see my start button either

If your monitor is anything like the ones we have at work, you should be able to just press the '+' button on the actual monitor, which should come with a message saying, 'Auto Adjustment in Progress' which should fix the problem, if not, go through the menus on the actual monitor using the buttons on it until you get to 'Adjustment' or 'Alignment' and manually move the image across.

Not sure how, but I had a message saying 1024x768 is not the optimal screen resolution' I managed to find that myself and change it to 1366x768 as the message said and its great, if not a little small. Thanks guys
