Virgin Shop just rang me to tell me my Lastminute voucher will be with me in a couple of days... not sure the £20 was worth the effort!
I have made around eight phone calls to different people in the last 3-4 weeks on this... have been told everything from "you don't qualify" to "it's on the way" (so I hope it is!)
After difficulties and delays with SMILE Wine offer, Barclay's £100 and LASTMINUTE am pleased to report that all three have now been resolved (at no little effort...)
I think I will open a bottle of SMILE wine to celebrate...
(Wonder if it is a coincidence that two of these are Virgin-related...)
