Hi all.
I started a business, a few years ago.
I also asked for an overdraft from Nat west, around a £500, although the minimum was £1000, so had that.
Business went extremely well at first, but then went belly up, following a theft, and various other complications. (Five projects going down at once:eek:)
I decided to see if i could sell company, and subsequently did.
I informed Nat West, and didn't hear anything from them.
I wrote, and hand delivered letter. Still no reply.
I wrote again....still nothing.
Now, about a year later, i receive a Final notice....*What happened to first????*
I am on income support, and Westcot Credit services Ltd, want £4,171,03, before 15th May, otherwise an application to Hull county court will be made.
Do i dye my hair and move abroad now, or do i have alternatives?
What can the court seize? I read different things.
My other half lives at address, and is concerned about her belongings.
I've read alittle here, but am still not in the zone, and would greatly appreciate advice.
Thank you.

firstly, did you keep copies of the letters you sent?
when you hand delivered it, did you get a receipt?
your other half should state that you dont live there any more..... unless the porperty is mortgaged in which case your name will be on the deeds
others will be along soon, give more advicesmile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....
