i agree that prices for 0845 and 0870 are outrageous but thats what saynoto0870 is for and i use it often. Never failed to find a number yet.

In reality(£16.50) is all you would need to spend. My telephone bill lfor calls last month was 50p.

Most of my calls are daytime calls. Besides I thought that Sky had moved the goalposts regarding free basic broadband? In addition, if you decide you are fed up with Sky you cannot cancel your Sky subscription because you will be locked into the phone packages etc.

The basic sky broadband is free, the 5 mb is £5.00 per month.
If you want to Cancel Sky then yes, you have to cancel all four afaik
Anyway, each to their own. You do whats right for you in the end.
Sky works for me and i have never had a problem with them. Have always found their customer services second to none.
