hi can anyone explain what a paper bond is please?
when looking for houses some say accept dss and paper bond but i have ever heard of this before
and cannot find anything on google

It means a bond from the Council in lieu of a deposit (ie not DSS tenants - the tenants will pay their own rent - but they can't get a deposit together). HTH.
