Which suppliers am I with?

I have just sold a house I was renting out (through an agent).

I need to contact the utility suppliers to ensure I am not overbilled for services.

How do I work out what gas and electricity suppliers supplied the house, as a) I can't remember it was years since I lived there, and b) the tenants may well have changed them.

I seem to remember there used to be a website or phone number you could phone that would let you know. Does this ring a bell with anyone?

I believe you need to contact Transco to find out who your gas supplier is and your regional electricity company to find out who is supplying your electric.

You need to phone Transco for your gas and MPAS help line for your electric. It depends which area you live in. See following list.
