Hi
Wish to attach chinning and punchbag bracket to a breeze block wall in my garage.
http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/0700898/Trail/searchtext%3EPUNCHBAG.htm
This is the bracket.
Previously was attached to garage in old house with the fixings supplied, so wish to buy something similar.
Any ideas what to use, somebody mentioned rawlbolts but havent a clue what to buy or size.

Also need 6 of these fixings, but of course above come in packs of 5
Cheers

they look ok, but i would probably drill at least one fixing all the way thro the wall and put a large washer (long nut/bolt) on tother side.
itll never fall off then.Get some gorm.0 -

I've got a thing like this, only has 2 rawl bolts so I am sure you will be fine with 5.

I put one up last weekend.
Go to a big B&Q and get some heavy duty bolts and plugs.
They come in packets of 2,4 , or 6 depending on size and make.
The plugs they go into are METAL not the plastic ones.
If not sure ask someone there - should be able to sort you out.
Make sure you have the right size drill bit as well. Think I paid £8 for a masonry drill bit size 14 which was the one I needed.
