I need a gym ball/fitness ball/Yoga ball

Hello people!

Having just returned from an excruciating time at Physiotherapy in the gym I have been told to torture myself at home and that i must get one of these gym/fitness/yoga ball things.

Whats the difference other than the size? The physio told me the one i used was double skinned, I cant see any mention of this anywhere and I dont wanna pay a fortune.

Seen one in argos With pump for £8.99, does anyone have this and recommend it? Oooh ps I have a 5 year old whos gonna love this "newtoy" so it needs to be a non burst variety.

All new to this keep fit stuff, so any advice be fantastic!

I got one of those in argos for £3.99 last week, had to use my own pump though...not sure where you'll get hold of a non-burst one.
