hi
was just wondering what other people might offer on a house i have seen for sale.
its a 3 bed semi in halesowen b63, its got a lounge, seperate dining room and kitchen, and upstairs toilet, it has GCH and DG throughout. its been on the market for about 8months at £120k, and is vacant, and in need of modernisation, and a complete re-wire,
the house probably had an old person living in is very dated.
i was thinking of offering 95K,
i dont know what offers they have had so far,
thanks

Hello
I have similar tread on top. I was told to offer %10 less than asking price on the house we want by a friend and was wondering what others was thinking here.0 -
start at 90 and go to 950

£90k-£95k sounds about right if it needs a fair bit of work. But of course it will depend on many other things too. Keep a maximum price in mind, of say £100k, or the price you would be willing to pay for it. If its been on the market that long there is a good chance they will seriously consider any offers made.0
