Axa Insurance for Van - Scotland

I am looking for Van insurance and have found one which is suitable for our needs with Axa, but just reading the policy it says
"As we are based in England, we propose to apply the laws of England and Wales by purchasing this policy you agree to this"
Will this be Ok for us as we live in Scotland, I am unfamiliar with English/Scots law, and not sure of the differences.
