I think (hope) I've still lost weight, just probably could have lost a couple more pounds if I hadn't been so silly.
I'd been sooooooo good all day as well, avoided the lovely picnic food I'd made for the rest of the family, avoided the donuts they all ate right in front of me, and the cornettos. But blew it all for a veg stir fry... :rotfl:
So yes, drinking loads, because the stir fry was salty and I think it's made me retain lots of water, so I'll see if I can flush it all away before this evening!
(not quite sure what time she's coming - she did say but can't remember!

Hello everyone Can I join in? I've been reading on and off for weeks but never been brave enough to post!

Just went on a wee jolly to Mum and Dad's. HAd a lovely time. Weather was pretty good - clear but with a chilly breeze.
Highlights - meeting Mr & Mrs Bunny, 3 hour walk around hawkstone follies, card making workshop and 2 glorious days when Mum babysat so me and Hubbles could have some time to ourselves:D. Does it make me a bad person to enjoy time away from my child?
