morning guys... i'm feeling meh this morning, i think it's because i skipped runclub last night and went to bed late last night but with the best of intentions to get up and run or gym or something this morning (as erin was staying at my mums) and ended up not getting outta bed....

i am officially a lazy mare!

Snaggles - cardinal sin of CD, do not cheat directly before weigh in day! cheat after you've been weighed... well that's what i do!! lol! then you have 6-7 days to correct it! but yes, it'll only be water..... drink loads of water today and flush it out... but stop about an hour or so before you go in... what time is weigh in?

You must've needed the rest girl. your body is obviously telling you to just have a wee chill out day. Remember, tomorrow is another day :D

Anyway, you clock up more miles ina week than I do in about a month, so you're way ahead of me chick.

I think (hope) I've still lost weight, just probably could have lost a couple more pounds if I hadn't been so silly.

I'd been sooooooo good all day as well, avoided the lovely picnic food I'd made for the rest of the family, avoided the donuts they all ate right in front of me, and the cornettos. But blew it all for a veg stir fry... :rotfl:

So yes, drinking loads, because the stir fry was salty and I think it's made me retain lots of water, so I'll see if I can flush it all away before this evening!

(not quite sure what time she's coming - she did say but can't remember! :o)

Hello everyone Can I join in? I've been reading on and off for weeks but never been brave enough to post!

Its dull and grey here in bonny Scotland (isn't it always ) and I should be doing housework but cant seem to get motivated.

    Hope everyone is well.

There's only sunshine that lies ahead. You have to move forward because it doesn't make sense to live in the past.

Just went on a wee jolly to Mum and Dad's. HAd a lovely time. Weather was pretty good - clear but with a chilly breeze.

Highlights - meeting Mr & Mrs Bunny, 3 hour walk around hawkstone follies, card making workshop and 2 glorious days when Mum babysat so me and Hubbles could have some time to ourselves:D. Does it make me a bad person to enjoy time away from my child?:confused:
