Tesco Delivery Complaint?

Tesco's dumped my online shopping on the street outside my flat and drove off, leaving me with about 30 bags of heavy shopping, with quite a way to walk. We then had to organise returning the plastic crates. I have a bad back and this was very painful.

I want to email them to complain and pretty much let them know I'm now moving to ASDA - anyone got a complaints email address?

How awful!! I'd strongly suggest complaining via telephone and following it up by letter.

Email is pretty useless and they can get away with not responding for ages etc.

30 bags wow, that sounds an awful lot! Did you not see the delivery van unloading it?

You want to ring up and complain! The least they can do is refund part of the shopping and explain why it happened!

Yeah I saw the van unload it, he unloaded it to the pavement (quite a walk from my apartment door) and then said he was double yellowed and he drove off! Wouldn't even lend me a trolley. Thing is, yes our apartment is double yellowed, but deliveries are allowed - ASDA and Sainsbury's park there all the time - the yellow lines are for residents (as we have an underground car park).

Will email first as at work and can't really call, I'll see what they have to say :)
