Correct. Ive tried it a few times now and it comes back as:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error.

The email address ive tried is managementteam@ebuyer.com its listed on their site.

Have you got an account? Have you tried going through the eNote system first? I assume it's a complaint you've got. They do usually answer eventually.

If it's something general, they've got a forum. Have you had a go on there?

Its not a complaint so going through the eNote system isnt an option.

Ive signed up to the forum a few minutes ago and just waiting for my account to be activated. I may be able to ask one of their staff members for an email addy. I'll post back here if i manage to get it.

Thanks
