Help with Quid co please

Hi,
I am really confused and hope someone can help me.
I set up a quidco account with my bank details.
I have received a one off payment of £41 which I think I somehow requested (no idea!).
Now it says my minimum payment is £20, but I have £120 waiting in the account.

How do I get all this money out in one go?
Please help as I can't find the answer on their website at all.

Cheers ma dears

How long have you have this £120 waiting to be paid?? Quidco only do a payment run once a month (at the end) so if those were paid within the last weekish then you would have missed that run.

If you have had them for sometime then email Quidco and ask.

Payments are only made at the end of every month so you will be paid the full amount under Paid around 1st June, you need to check your Earnings page to see the exact amount due.

So even though I requested the £40 myself, the £20 minimum payment should kick in for the 1st June and I will get the rest of the money in one go?

I am just worried that if Quidco go belly up then I won't get my cash and its been sitting there since Oct 08.

but even if they do go belly up you won't actually have lost anything...it's not like you paid them anything - they're paying you! (other than the fiver a year - which they take out of your quidco earnings)
And I speak as a quidco user!

How come? It may well have been potential earnings waiting for payment by whoever you bought stuff from . If not then you must have set the minimum payment level too high because my experience of Quidco is that they really are very reliable - I've had well over £500 paid into my bank since I joined.

The only cashback outfit I got my fingers burned with were Cool New Mobile who went belly up before I got any cashback on a £35 phone contract. Even then I didn't lose out massively as both myself and my wife had had totally free mobiles for at least two years apiece earlier and got Quidco cashback on some to boot.

Change your minimum payment to 0. Do it now so that it's ready for the next run on 1st June. It may be that the cashback making up the total is not all ready to be paid. They won't total it and send the total, it's the individual cashbacks that get sent.

You need to check what is available for payment and then send an earnings enquiry on any cashback that you think is being unrealistically late. It usually does come through, but some are later than others.

I've received about £800 or so free cash from Quidco, which I wouldn't have without them.

Good luck - post again if still got problems.
