Am thinking of a small extension and wondered if anyone had any suggestions for free / cheap software that would allow basic plan/elevation drafting?

I can use it as a non-administrator user on Vista Premium 64; and the different variant should not make any difference. Have you installed it as an administrator before running as a non-administrator?0
