Hi
I was wondering if this is correct, ive always banked with first trust bank and I received information that they were changing the way they charged you in march 2009
The previous Sept 2008 I received a letter from them stating they were charging me £25 for the renewal of my overdraft and it would be reviewed again in Sept 2009. From March 09 they introduced a new charging system £15 a month if your account isnt in credit ive already incurred this charge even though i ws within my agreed overdraft limit. Can they do this after charging me £25 to renew my overdraft facility for 1 year in Sept 08 and suddenly change charging system in March 09
Id be grateful if anyone would know if they can do this
thanks
Viv

I would contact First Trust and ask them whether the charges start for you now, in spite of having an agreement taking you up to September 2009, or whether they are starting for you from September 2009.0 -
